St Patrick’s College is seeking Learning Support Officers to join our Enhanced Learning Team in 2025. You will support students in Years 7-12 with diverse learning needs by assisting in the classroom, supervising study sessions, and helping with co-curricular activities and social interactions. You will collaborate with teachers and the Enhanced Learning Team to implement Individual Learning Plans and adapt learning materials.
Key responsibilities include attending classes, providing feedback on student progress, documenting support for NCCD purposes, and assisting with the implementation of learning or social interventions. You will also attend staff meetings, professional development, and school activities such as camps and excursions.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment. Experience supporting students with additional learning needs is preferred but not essential.
