In accordance with the Victorian Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement Clause 62, St Patrick’s College is required to review Positions of Leadership every two – five years. The College leadership engages proactively with the Consultative Committee regarding this process which our College implements every 3 years. It was agreed that for this Position of Leadership cycle all positions would be advertised internally and externally.
