The NCCD is an annual collection of information about Australian school students with disability. The NCCD enables the College, education authorities and governments to better understand the needs of students with disability and how they can be best supported at school to best enable equal access to learning.ABOUT YOUAs a skilled administrator, you have value to add through coordinating and administering various processes to improve workflow and meet deadlines.In addition to being able to lead the Key Responsibilities indicated in the position description, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate sound responses to the following selection criteria:Essential:Demonstrated success in a previous Administration position, preferably within a fast-paced environmentExperience in administering annual projects and leading others in the adherence to timelinesStrong general administration skills, including meeting planning, coordination and administrationExcellent working knowledge of MS Excel for storing, manipulating and accessing data and informationExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to liaise with stakeholders under sensitive circumstancesCompetence and ease navigating a variety of systems and platforms, with an ability to recognise and recommend new and improved ways of working Experience managing highly confidential and sensitive information/data Highly capable building trusted relationships with young peopleUnderstanding and/or appreciation of the principles of a Catholic community organisationCommitment to work within, and positively advance, the College’s:VisionMercy valuesapproach to child safety and wellbeingDesirable:Understanding of NCCD requirementsUnderstanding of the challenges students may encounter in their educationRelevant qualificationPlease refer to the attached position description for key information related to this position.All employees are subject to appropriate employment and compliance checks prior to and during employment.
