
Project Support Officer

As the Project Support Officer, you will be required to be an experienced project support administrator to work with our Civil/Rail Construction and Undercutting team.

Responsibilities:
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Support key site-based resources including Project Managers, Project Engineers, Construction Managers and HSE Advisors.
- Maintaining key project information and records including plans, registers, training records, travel and roster registers, time sheets, Plant and Equipment data and records.
- Organize, manage, and receipt deliveries to and from site as required.
Pre-Requisites of the Roles:
Essentials:
- Prior experience in working in an administration / project-based environment.
- Experience in the transport or infrastructure industry, particularly within rail projects or large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
- Assisting with tender coordination, including managing the tender scheduling and working to deadlines.
- Document management and formatting, effective record keeping and coordination of project reporting and claim submissions.
- Scheduling and organizing external and internal meetings, documenting, and taking meeting minutes.
- Arrange travel, accommodation, site requirements and accessories for work crews.
- Raise Purchase orders.
- Cost tracking of project
