THE ROLE
We are pleased to invite applications for the full-time, fixed-term role of Senior People and Culture Specialist, based onsite at our picturesque campus in Burwood.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in a broad range of HR activities from onboarding, to performance management, employee relations, policy and governance, and development of key people initiatives. This is an important role in supporting the delivery of high-quality HR advisory services and workforce operations.
This opportunity is fixed-term until January 2027.
ABOUT YOU
You are a qualified HR professional with significant experience in a generalist HR Business Partner role. You have proven experience in ER, including case management and conflict resolution, along with excellent project management skills including strong analytical, process improvement and problem-solving abilities.
You bring a calm, friendly presence and a genuine desire to serve, paired with excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills when engaging with stakeholders. You love detail-oriented work and have a strong understanding of employment law, enterprise agreements, and relevant awards.
