The Role

On offer is a full-time (1.0 FTE), ongoing opportunity for a Learning Enhancement specialist to become an integral part of our Senior School Learning Enhancement Team.
Our Learning Enhancement Teachers sit within the Learning Enhancement Department which includes Learning Support and ASPIRE Program.
In this role you will be responsible for identifying, monitoring and assessing students with unique learning needs, working closely with teachers to develop tailored strategies to meet students’ learning needs, and nurturing positive connections with students, parents and staff of the College.
About You
You will be a qualified, experienced Learning Enhancement Teacher, with English teaching experience an advantage.
You will bring a passion for and commitment to the ideals of learning within an independent girls’ school. You will have the skills and knowledge to cater for a range of abilities and learning styles, developing effective monitoring and intervention strategies to support student learning.
