We are pleased to invite applications for the full-time, permanent role of HR Manager, based onsite at our beautiful Burwood campus with free onsite parking, and scope for flexibility.
Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in managing a broad range of HR operations - from onboarding, to performance management, ER / IR, learning and development, reward and recognition, and offboarding.
About You
You are a qualified, senior HR professional with well-developed experience in a Senior HR Advisor or Business Partner role. Perhaps you are seeking an opportunity to apply your HR leadership skills in an environment where ‘community focus’ is at the heart of what you do.
You will have a positive, timely, customer service approach and well-developed HR advisory skills to support stakeholder groups across the School - including School Executive, Leaders and a broad range of teaching and general staff.
