Presbyterian Ladies College (PLC) is a leading ELC to Year 12 Christian independent day and boarding school with a focus on the development of the whole person that includes an outstanding academic tradition, an international outlook and strong pastoral and co-curricular programs.
PLC’s Early Learning Centre provides exceptional early childhood programs for children from 6 months to school age. The Early Learning Centre operates for 48 weeks each year, closing for 4 weeks during the Christmas vacation.
The Role

This role is suited to a dedicated and experienced Educator who is committed to creating a warm, engaging, and supportive learning environment for our toddlers.
This is a full-time, permanent position, for someone with shifts scheduled on a weekly rotating roster between 7.30am and 6.00pm.

About You
Experienced: you have at least 2–3 years of experience as an Early Childhood Educator and hold a Certificate III or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Passionate: you genuinely love working with toddlers
Committed: you can confidently commit to the required shifts and bring reliability and consistency to the role
Team-Oriented: you have a strong work ethic, take pride in your role, and build positive, collaborative relationships with children, their families, and colleagues.
