THE ROLE
Working closely with the Head of Admissions and the Senior Admissions Officer, the Admissions Administrator will provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to the Admissions Office, ensuring an efficient, professional, and welcoming experience for prospective families.
In this full-time, ongoing role, you will support the end-to-end admissions process which includes initial enquiry, student orientation, conducting school tours, and maintaining accurate records and reports. Some out-of-hours work is required in this role to support College events, including Saturday school tours and scholarship testing (approx four Saturdays per year).
As a welcoming face of our College, your work will be integral to helping families make one of the most important decisions for their child’s future.
ABOUT YOU
This role is ideal for someone with a relevant qualification in administration or similar discipline, with demonstrated experience in administrative or customer service based roles involving the use of a CRM system.
Your skills in connecting warmly and positively with stakeholders across various levels and diverse backgrounds will be key to your success in this position.
You have strong technical and organisational skills, are able to effectively maintain databases and generate reports, and are self-motivated and self-directed while working collaboratively in a team.
