In this role you will:Assist the Coordinator in the planning, scheduling and delivery of services for clients to access the community. Completing client care plans and risk assessments.Assist the Coordinator to roster staff and complete time and attendance for payroll purposes. Assist the Coordinator to ensure that client information is maintained with regular evaluation of client needs and changes.Uphold wellness and client focused service delivery principles in all activities/tasks.On occasion you may be required to drive People Who Care vehicles. What you will need:Strong administration skills. Demonstrated experience working with the elderly, people with disability and/or people experiencing hardships.A caring and compassionate approach to service provision.Knowledge of relevant community services.Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.Ability to work with individuals from a range of social, financial and cultural backgrounds.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic computer skills.Current Western Australian drivers licence.Current national police clearance (not older than 6 months).NDIS Worker Screening Check.Desirable:Rostering experienceExperience working in a not for profit organisation.
