In this role you will:Assist with the planning, scheduling and delivery of services for clients. Assist with rostering staffAssist outing activities as required Ensure that current client information is maintained.Uphold client focused service delivery principles in all activities/tasks.Attend to enquiries and client contacts regarding their services. What you will need:Demonstrated customer service experience.Experience working within an organisation providing services for the elderly or people living with disability will be highly regarded.
