Role Specific Requirements: 

  • Undertaking clinical assessments of home care clients
  • Providing excellent care and service to clients in line with their personalised care plans

Qualification and Experience: 

Essential

  • Bachelor of Nursing and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Basic IT and smart phone skills/literacy

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including writing reports and other associated documentation

  • Australian work rights / appropriate visa
