You will provide frontline helpdesk support, assist with hardware setup and asset tracking, liaise with our external IT provider (OSIT), and support the continuity and improvement of our systems — including our Client Record Management System.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with people, and contributing to meaningful community services.Part time role - 8.00am to 12.00pm - Monday to Friday $35.16 per hour + Salary packaging + SuperannuationAbout you:You are approachable, organised, and solutions-focused. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping others use technology confidently and securely.Responsibilities:Helpdesk & Hardware SupportProvide telephone, email, and face-to-face ICT supportSet up workstations, phones, and portable devicesSupport users of our Client Record Management SystemAssist with onboarding of new starters (access, permissions, setup)Maintain accurate hardware and software asset recordsAssist with troubleshooting, service continuity, and system growthICT Governance & Advisory SupportProvide ICT advice to management and staffSupport cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection practicesLiaise with our external IT provider and key software vendorsAssist with reporting, data flows, and system improvementsContribute to policy and procedure developmentCollaboration & ServiceAct as a key liaison between leadership, staff, and external IT providersPromote a collaborative, customer-focused ICT support environmentDeliver timely responses to support requestsContribute to positive internal staff experiencesRequirements: Certificate IV (or higher) in an IT-related field, or equivalent experienceExperience with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft 365Experience with SharePointStrong troubleshooting and hardware setup skillsAbility to quickly learn and manage databases and systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailCurrent driver’s licenceUndergo a National Criminal History CheckHow to apply:Applications should include a resume and preferably a brief cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
