If you enjoy working with numbers, systems, and people, and want your work to have meaning, we’d love to hear from you.Based in Guildford - 38 hours per week (Full-time) $34.09 per hour + Super. + Salary Packaging. Primary responsibilities:Enter data into appropriate systems in a timely, efficient and accurate mannerReceipt payments from clients or donors accurately, providing appropriate notification/acknowledgmentAccurately process payable invoices ready for paymentProcess credit and debit card information, ensuring reconciliation at EOMAssist accounts receivable function to recover outstanding debtSet up and accept direct debit/payments from clients and resolve basic queriesProcess volunteer reimbursementsProvide support to the Payroll and other finance functions, as necessary.What you will need:Cert IV or Cert III Booking / Accounting (or similar) preferredSelf-motivated with the ability to work effectively in both a team environment and independently with minimal supervisionAbility to work with individuals from a range of social, financial and cultural backgroundsGood Administrative skillsKnowledge/experience with electronic accounting systems (MYOB Advanced preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to problem solveSuitable Australian work rights Current National Police Check (not older than 6 months)NDIS Worker Screening CheckHow to apply:Applications should include a resume and preferably a brief cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
