The role is based at Labrador and will report to the General Manager of People & Culture. Working as part of a vibrant, fun and supportive team, the Senior HR Business Partner will have one direct report and will work collaboratively with the business to drive and deliver contemporary people solutions and services across the Agri-Solutions Business Unit. In doing so, you will provide sound generalist HR support across the full suite of HR offerings including: ER/IR advice and agreement negotiation, recruitment, retention, workforce planning, talent management, learning & development and performance management. You will also partner with the business on imperative HR strategic initiatives. Key Accountabilities: Work collaboratively with the business to maintain and elevate a safe, healthy, inclusive, diverse, and engaged workforce.Coach and support leaders through the core HR programs and processes including recruitment, onboarding, probationary reviews, performance reviews, learning and development, performance management and offboarding.Drive continuous improvement in people processes and systems and work with the team and change management principles to deliver efficient outcomes.Provide strategic initiatives and guidance in the development of workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management and succession planning.In consultation with the GM P&C and broader leadership team, develop, implement, monitor and review human resource operational and strategic plans to deliver exceptional business results.Build and develop authentic relationships with key stakeholders by providing appropriate support, dependable guidance and leadership coaching.About you: Bachelor degree in business or psychology or other relevant field.Exhibit behaviours that are consistent with Norco’s values of; Authenticity, Agility, Diversity and Connection.Proven experience working as a trusted Senior HR Business Partner within an SME, FMCG and/or manufacturing environment.You will demonstrate your key achievements across; workplace planning, L&D, talent acquisition and/or change management methodologies.Energised by coaching and developing direct and indirect team members.Strong commercial business acumen and industrial relations knowledge.A roll your sleeves up type of person who can operate at a strategic level and work on the details to deliver outcomes.Ability to build and maintain authentic relationships using highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent project management skills, with the ability to execute plans, focus on critical priorities, delegate effectively, measure progress, and ensure accountability to deliver on time and within budget.Ability to travel to Norco locations throughout QLD and NSW as required.You will be awe-inspiring!
