• 27 Norco AgriSolutions retail stores across New South Wales and Queensland.
• A team of agronomists, animal health and field sales specialists to provide our farmers with expert on farm advice.
• Animal nutrition experts serviced by three production facilities that manufacture quality stockfeed solutions.
• A commodities trading team who buy and sell wheat, sorghum and more.

What skills and experience do you need to succeed in this role?

• Drivers licence essential.
• Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
• MR licence, beneficial.
• A knowledge of farm input industry products and their use, including livestock, pasture and general farming knowledge, beneficial.
• Proven warehousing and retail sales experience in a similar environment.
• Natural customer relations and communications skills.
• Ability to work productively in a small team.
• Experience in inward and outward goods as well as good mathematical skills being an advantage.
• Administration and sound computer skills with POS and Microsoft applications.
• Physically fit to perform manual work and regular heavy lifting.
• A strong focus on Work Health & Safety.
