We are looking for a passionate and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help us drive our marketing efforts to the next level.
This is a full-time role reporting to the General Manager - AgriSolutions and will be based in Labrador, Gold Coast.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our AgriSolutions marketing and retail strategies. You will ensure consistent brand messaging across various channels and manage marketing campaigns and events to enhance brand awareness.
This role involves content creation, managing the content library, and collaborating closely with Business Managers and Field Sales teams to develop sales tools, refine retail operational processes, analyse sales data, and assist with budget management. You will also be responsible for managing our social media content, enhancing our online presence, and supporting local area marketing activities.
Key responsibilities associated with this role include:
- Support the development and implementation of marketing and retail strategies and plans.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Assist in the rollout of branding materials and manage marketing campaigns and events to enhance brand awareness.
- Create and manage content, including producing marketing materials and maintaining the AgriSolutions content library.
- Work closely with Business Managers and Field Sales teams to develop sales tools, refine retail operational processes, analyse sales data, and assist with budget management.
- Manage social media content and enhance the company’s online presence.
- Support local area marketing activities and initiatives.
To be considered for the role, we are very keen to meet candidates who have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and brand management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation and management, with experience using marketing software and tools.
- Ability to analyse sales data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
