This position is based in our newly renovated offices in Labrador on the Gold Coast and reports directly to the Manager of ICT. You will be a crucial member of a small, highly motivated team dedicated to monitoring, maintaining, and providing technical assistance for our organisation’s IT systems. We are seeking candidates who enjoy problem solving, have a sensational customer service approach, and love working across a multi-disciplinary business as we have here at Norco.Key Responsibilities:Support system users and collaborate with team members to address issues.Manage the repair of hardware faults by notifying or forwarding to relevant suppliers.Install, format, and maintain user devices.Diagnose and repair or replace computer hardware as required, ensuring issues are followed through to resolution.Set up, test, and induct team members on new devices.Skills and Experience Required:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.Strong problem-solving and solution-focused skills.Proficient in installing, formatting, and maintaining user devices.Knowledge of MDM and device cloning software is advantageous.Experience with diagnosing and repairing or replacing computer hardware.Familiarity with the following:Windows 10 & 11Microsoft Office 2016 or Office 365Teams, SharePoint 365, and PlannerMicrosoft 365 Admin Centre, Windows Active Directory, and Exchange Server 365Basic Windows networking and troubleshootingUser hardware and audio-visual systemsMobile device management and remote support applicationsAtlassian Jira service management Personal Skills and Attributes:Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information in everyday language.Ability to identify process improvements and escalate appropriately.Excellent customer service skills.Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work independently.Team-player attitude, taking ownership of actions and feedback.Valid Australian driver’s license with the ability to travel at short notice.Willingness to work weekends and be part of an on-call roster for after-hours support.Qualifications:Proficient ICT qualification is required.Tertiary qualifications are beneficial but not essential.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.Career development opportunities within the organisation.If you are a proactive and motivated individual with a passion for IT support and customer service, we would love to hear from you.
