Support the Marketing team to devise, implement, and assess marketing strategies and plansLead the implementation of the digital channel strategySupport portfolio management, product improvements and innovation launches from end-to-endAssist with the development, administration and artwork approvals for all packaging, working with internal and external parties on APCO packaging requirementsSupport the execution of retailer specific marketing plans including the presentation of the brand retailer websitesBe the marketing lead for the route sales team and manage the development and design of POS, merchandise & trade marketing materialsAssist in the management of events and sponsorships including the Brisbane Ekka activationOwn the day-to-day tracking and monthly reconciliations of the brand marketing budget Skills and experience required to succeed: Demonstrated Marketing or Assistant Brand Management experience, ideally in a FMCG environment and for a minimum 2 years (desired)Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related discipline (desired)Knowledge and experience of marketing, communications and promotional principles and practicesCreative and strategic mindset with the ability to generate new growth ideas and innovative marketing solutions and campaignsAble to think analytically and interpret multiple data/feedback sourcesAble to persuade and influence others by clearly articulating idea’s and commercial thinkingExcellent project management skills, with the ability execute plans, focusing on the most critical priorities, measuring progress, and ensuring accountability to deliver on time and within budgetExcellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage complex tasks, challenging projects and competing deadlines concurrentlyExcellent literacy, writing, editing and proofing skillsExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsDisplay behaviours that are consistent with Norco Co-operative’s values of Authenticity, Agility, Diversity and Connection.
