About You:

You are a commercially minded and relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

  • Proven experience in FMCG route or territory sales
  • Strong relationship management and influencing capability
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and execute territory strategies
  • Highly motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong organisational and time management capability
  • Valid driver’s licence

Barista or coffee category knowledge is advantageous, along with an interest in consumer trends and local market dynamics.
