What you will be doing:

• Supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, helping leaders build great teams.
• Providing advice on performance, capability, and workplace matters.
• Helping to deliver our engagement surveys, leadership programs, and culture initiatives.
• Coaching leaders and building their confidence in managing people.
• Using data and insights to guide decision-making and improve outcomes.
• Partnering with payroll, WHS, and other teams to keep things running smoothly.

What are we looking for?

• Degree qualified with 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist People & Culture advisory role.
• A great communicator who can build trust and bring people together.
• Experience in manufacturing or production environments is a bonus.
• Confident using recruitment, payroll and reporting systems like Martian Logic, CultureAmp. 
• A proactive, solutions-focused team player who’s ready to make an impact utilising their strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across operational teams.
• A solutions-focused approach with sound judgement and with discretion.
• Confidence in juggling priorities and working autonomously.
• Alignment with Norco’s values of connection, authenticity, diversity and agility.
