This is a hands-on, customer-facing retail role where no two days are the same, combining sales, merchandising, customer service and warehouse duties.You’ll work closely with local farmers and a wide range of community customers, helping them find the right products and practical solutions for their needs, while working across both the retail store and warehouse. Our Coffs Harbour site includes a drive-through, where customers can pull in with vehicles and trailers to be served directly. You’re also comfortable working in both a retail and warehouse setting and enjoy hands-on work, including assisting customers with loading products.  

Skills and experience  
  • Strong customer service and sales experience
  • Experience in rural retail or warehousing (highly desirable)
  • An understanding of the agricultural industry (highly desirable)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Physically capable of handling manual tasks
  • A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
  • Current driver’s licence (essential)
  • Forklift licence, or willingness to obtain one
