  • Providing trusted, practical advice on wellbeing, psychosocial risks and support pathways
  • Maintaining accurate, confidential case management records and ensuring legislative compliance

What you will bring

  • Experience in injury management, return‑to‑work coordination or workplace wellbeing
  • Sound knowledge of NSW workers’ compensation and injury management legislation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate sensitive conversations with care and professionalism
  • A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple matters at once
