We're looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Store Manager to join our Bowraville team. As the Store Manager's 2IC, you'll play a key role in supporting store performance, developing team capability and delivering outstanding service to customers across the local farming and rural community.
This is a key leadership position within the store, combining people leadership, customer service, sales and business growth, and day-to-day operational responsibilities. Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help drive results, lead by example and contribute to a positive and high-performing team culture.
You'll support the day-to-day running of the store, provide coaching and guidance to team members, and help ensure customers receive practical solutions across a broad range of agricultural, rural and retail products. You'll also support store operations, including stock management, merchandising and customer deliveries as required.
As a trusted part of the local community, our Bowraville store plays an important role in helping local farmers and rural customers access the products, advice and support they need.
