Role Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner you will be an integral member of the team supporting the financial operations of our Dairyfoods business unit.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Provide timely and accurate financial information to support business performance.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Perform product costing, utilisation analysis, and manufacturing reporting.
- Identify key cost drivers and measure performance against targets.
- Manage inventory and monthly management reporting.
- Assist in the annual external audit process.
- Support Finance Business Partners in end-of-month close and reporting processes.
- Continuously challenge business unit performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications, Experience, & Skills:
- Business Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CA/CPA qualification preferred or currently pursuing.
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience in FMCG preferred but not essential.
- Experience in manufacturing accounting, highly regarded
- SAP experience preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented and strategic thinker.
- Self-motivated and team oriented.
