We have an opportunity for the appointment of a Technical Officer / Tooling Supervisor to join the team at Korvest Ltd.

Your new role:

  • Manage technical documentation for plant, equipment and tooling including setup procedures, changeover procedures, operating procedures and preventative maintenance procedures
  • Identify and manage equipment and tooling spares as well as maintenance consumables
  • Coordinate outsourcing of new tooling and any major tooling changes
  • General administrative duties

You will bring:

  • Trade or engineering background 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Ability to use Solidworks or 2D CAD
  • Sound knowledge of press tooling and roll forming
  • Understanding of safety and environment responsibilities and accountabilities
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment where work is shared to achieve deadlines and respond to changing priorities
  • Time management skills with an ability to priorities and handle several different tasks at the same time
  • Demonstrated communication skills
