The role also entailing managing the physical and human resources involved in the construction process.You will be reporting directly to the company directors. About the Role:Plan, organise, and manage civil projectsResponsible for managing the team of employees and subcontractorsResponsible for the planning, financial and budgeting aspectsManage and report on the program of worksManage and anticipate project changes, adjusting plans and activities accordinglyOversee and monitor key milestones for project through regular project reviews and analysis of potential risks to ensure delivery of program objectivesEnsure all project deliverables are of high quality prior to handover and meet legislative requirementsEngage with internal and external stakeholders to align and agree program of work and anticipate changes that may impact the program of workManager performance, compliance and expectations of resources and ensure knowledge transfer within the teamAbout you:The ideal candidate will have a Relevant degree or a minimum of 5 years appropriate construction industry experience.Have positive people management skills in conjunction with the motivation manage our engineering and construction projects.The Salary range is $180,000 - $200,000 based on relevant experience.
