You will work closely with our internal project teams, stateside agencies (Transport and Main Roads and Queensland Rail) and other project stakeholders to ensure activities are planned and delivered to achieve coordinated and integrated development, testing assurance and delivery.Working as part of our Systems Engineering and Assurance team you will ultilise your project management and reporting skills to enable the effective delivery of complex engineering feats never undertaken in Queensland before alongside some of the most talented people in the Australian Rail Industry. This will span the full range of the Cross River Rail works packages including ETCS Signalling and new surface stations.This opportunity is offered as a contract until December 2026 with possible extension.Key Responsibilities:Project manage the identification, triage, issue resolution and closeout of issues associated with the successful compliance to the Sponsor Requirements.Manage risk processes and the development and execution of mitigation measures and recommended solutions.Manage and lead the deep dive processes into the nominated Sponsor Requirements including the development of workstream plans, schedules, KPI development, and tracking & reporting.Collaborate with CRRDA project teams, TMR, Queensland Rail and other stakeholders to manage the identification, development, documentation and reporting of the technical and program interface deliverables across multiple disciplines.Preparation of documentation including presentations, reports, and briefing papers.Contribute to development of the Integrated Schedule relating to Sponsor Requirements.About You:Proven experience in interface management and/or project management on major projects, preferably in rail.Strong communication and stakeholder capabilities enabling effective engagement in collaborative project delivery.Proven experience in the identification, management, and implementation of controls for risk.Ability to provide clear and concise written and verbal communication with demonstrated ability to produce clearly articulated briefings and reports.Ability to take responsibility, work with initiative and independence and as part of a team and adapt to meet sudden changes in expectations, priorities and deadlines.Qualifications in engineering, project management or equivalent industry experience.Why work with CRRDA?On Cross River Rail you will not only work with the best but become your best.
