It includes the delivery of four new underground stations, two new above-ground stations, accessibility rebuilds for six stations, the construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast, and the introduction of a new world-class ‘ETCS' signalling system.This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work on one of Australia's largest infrastructure projects and to be a part of something that will leave a lasting legacy for generations to come. About the RoleWe have two upcoming opportunities for Project Advisors supporting our Integrated Delivery and European Train Control System (ETCS) project teams. As Project Advisor you will support our Project teams to ensure effective coordination of project delivery. With a project management focus you will support governance, programming, reporting and scope alignment while promoting collaboration with our project stakeholders to achieve project milestones.These positions will be offered as a two year contract with possible extension. This is a great opportunity for aspiring project managers to set their career on a new trajectory to and gain client side experience on a landmark infrastructure project. Key Responsibilities:Assist senior management in governance, change management, project controls, stakeholder management, scheduling, and reporting.Support the Identification, escalation, and development of solutions for risks and issues impacting project delivery.Assist in project management activities, considering program and budget needs.Prepare and coordinate weekly progress reports.Develop and implement Project Interface Communication Plans.Support risk mitigation and opportunity realization activities, ensuring target schedule updates.Maintain strong relationships with key State stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and successful outcomes. About You:Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting project management, governance, and assurance in a major projects or complex organisational environment.Strong collaboration and relationship management skills for engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to implement effective management systems at range of levels from day to day project delivery to board reporting.Ability to contribute to a multi-disciplinary team to achieve organisational goals.Strong communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.Qualifications in project management or relevant tertiary qualifications are desirable. Why work with CRRDA?On Cross River Rail you will not only work with the best but become your best.
