It includes the delivery of four new underground stations, two new above-ground stations, accessibility rebuilds for six stations, the construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast, and the introduction of a new world-class ‘ETCS' signalling system.This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work on one of Australia's largest infrastructure projects and to be a part of something that will leave a lasting legacy for generations to come.About the RoleThe Possessions Advisor plays a key role in ensuring the alignment of key Cross River Rail project stakeholders to effectively coordinate our program of track possessions to enable the construction of new stations and other rail assets. You will work closely with our key stakeholders which include out construction contractors, internal teams and Queensland Rail.  Duties will include leading multi-agency working groups to support the possession program while adhering to robust governance frameworks, process and reporting requirements. The successful applicant will be working from our modern corporate office in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD. This opportunity is offered as a two-year contract with the possibility of extension.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate the track possessions program in collaboration with key stakeholders, adhering to possession planning protocols.Engage with project teams and Queensland Rail to identify and document potential impacts on the track possessions program and document associated impacts.Monitor, identify and escalate key risks and issues related to the track possessions program and provide advice on solutions and mitigation measures.Communicate upcoming possessions/track closures, monitor performance, and report progress.Chair, provide secretariat support, or attend Possession related working groups and project meetings.About You:Strong project coordination skills, with the ability to monitor and track deliverables, priorities, and activities to meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills, capable of interpreting complex information and producing effective communication tools for various audiences.Works autonomously and responsibly to meet deadlines with an ability to reprioritise workload as required.Experience developing best-practice processes and procedures to support core deliverables.Detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all outputs.Understanding of and working exposure to the rail industry and its stakeholders is viewed favourably but not essential.Why work with CRRDA?On Cross River Rail you will not only work with the best but become your best.
