It includes the delivery of four new underground stations, two new above-ground stations, accessibility rebuilds for six stations, the construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast, and the introduction of a new world-class ETCS signalling system. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work on one of Australia's largest infrastructure projects and to be a part of something that will leave a legacy for generations to come. About the RoleThe key objective of this role is to ensure the CRRDA can successfully attract, engage and retain the right talent at the right time. As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will play a key role supporting and assisting the CRRDA to achieve its strategic and operational objectives. Reporting directly into the Head of People & Culture, the role partners with diverse stakeholders from our Program Delivery business unit. This opportunity is offered as a 12-month parental leave cover with hybrid WFH arrangements available commencing from January 2024.    Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness partner with leaders & diverse stakeholders to deliver HR initiatives including employee engagement that drive improved project outcomes and promote a high-performance culture. Provide timely and accurate HR advice, solutions and/or options to Executive and Senior Managers and employees to deliver HR outcomes, mitigate risks and resolve HR matters in accordance with applicable legislation, directives, frameworks, policies and procedures.  Guide alignment for organisational cultural development.  Provide advice and support to the business on organisational design, restructure and assists with change management plans and processes for effective implementation.  Design, develop and deliver a range of People and Culture, initiatives and activities including talent and succession planning, workforce planning and recognition and rewards. Facilitates the annual salary review process.  Lead development and enhance capability of leaders through delivering best practice education and training on P&C initiatives. Provides guidance and training to internal stakeholders on EEO matters including but not limited to bullying, discrimination and harassment, conducting investigations and making recommendations.  Conduct job evaluations, making recommendation to internal stakeholders on remuneration level and classification. Contribute to the development of people related policies and procedures which enable the CRRDA to achieve its strategic and operational objectives. About You5+ years HR Business Partnering experience within fast-paced dynamic organisations Tertiary level qualifications in Human Resources, Business or Psychology (desirable)  HR Reporting capabilities (PowerBI, Microsoft Excel)  Organisational Development, Change Management & Engagement Financial acumen in relation to workforce planning & analysis  Experience working within large scale project delivery or infrastructure, mining or construction is highly advantageous Why work with CRRDA? On Cross River Rail you will not only work with the best but become your best.
