This includes managing legal records, assisting with legal correspondence and updating budgets and risk registers.  One key support function will be to provide contract administration and coordination support in the management of our external legal panel including estimate and invoice management.  More general administrative duties include mailbox and diary management, organising meetings, minute taking, document control and reporting. This opportunity is offered as a contract until December 2026 with possible extension. This is a rare opportunity for a experienced administrator with legal support experience to join a project focused team and make an impact by contributing to the delivery of a major public transport infrastructure project. Key Responsibilities:Assist with preparing reports, briefing materials, and correspondence for the Legal team.Support with management and coordination of legal correspondence.Coordinating and preparation of briefs of information for Legal team and external suppliers as directed.Support the General Counsel with implementing and supporting systems, procedures and training.Assist in the management of shared inboxes and registration and tracking of correspondence if required.Coordinate approval and recording of fee estimates associated with external briefed legal matters.Coordinate the review of reports and invoices received from suppliers against approved estimates / budgets.Edit and draft correspondence regarding external legal panel contracts.Assist executive staff by coordinating and prioritising diary management and incoming emails.Provide secretariat meeting support including compilation and distribution of agenda papers, provision of reports, minute/note taking and follow up of issues raised.About You:Previous experience providing legal administrative support including supporting the creating, editing and review of legal correspondence.Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite of programs with demonstrated ability to perform a broad range of team administrative support functions.Sound interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Previous experience in providing executive level support including diary and mailbox management and meeting support.Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience dealing with external legal supply panels is viewed favourably but not essential.Why work with CRRDA?On Cross River Rail you will not only work with the best but become your best.
