This role oversees the planning, coordination, and implementation of ICT activities, managing both daily operations and strategic initiatives. Working closely with senior decision-makers, the ICT Manager drives the adoption of cost-effective technology solutions, overseeing a team responsible for service desk functions, system administration, and the resolution of technical issues.Key responsibilities include managing vendor relationships, balancing business expectations with available resources, and ensuring a robust technical support framework is in place. You will  lead ICT service support and delivery while implementing best practices, policies, and procedures. Reporting to the Director of Support Services you will play a pivotal role in maintaining performance standards and fostering continuous improvement.
