These include accessibility rebuilds for eight surface stations, construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast; upgrades for stabling yards; track works and surface rail enhancements; and the introduction of a new ETCS digital signalling system. About the RoleAs a Testing and Commissioning Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of staged transition activities for key rail operational systems across the Cross River Rail program, including control room integration. This role is focused on bringing structure and momentum to complex integration work, ensuring readiness decisions are evidence based, interfaces are managed, and issues are resolved early.Working across the Lead Integrator environment, you will coordinate technical leads and delivery partners to align staging plans, sequencing, readiness criteria and governance reporting. A key outcome is the establishment and enablement of the Test Command and Control Centre, supporting progressive transition activities ahead of end state operations.This is a hands-on project leadership role suited to someone who can navigate complexity, communicate clearly, and drive disciplined delivery across multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
