You will drive the coordination of major rail network disruptions and the operationalisation of new and upgraded stations across the Cross River Rail project.  The role provides leadership and oversight across two dedicated streams, Network Changes and Station Changes, through direct management of their respective managers. It ensures these teams are aligned and resourced to deliver complex, high-impact change events. Coordination across both streams is critical to managing cumulative impacts and maintaining accessibility, service continuity and operational readiness.A key focus of the role is identifying and managing risks related to network disruptions and station openings. You will work closely with Government agencies including with Queensland Rail and TMR, while leading the development and refinement of governance, assurance and reporting frameworks that support effective decision-making and successful day-of-operations execution.
