These functions ensure Cross River Rail construction activities are carefully staged and aligned with network access opportunities, and operational and customer requirements. The Delivery Sequencing function is responsible for the planning and prioritisation of Extended Possessions across all delivery work packages. These are longer, more complex track access windows critical to progressing major works. The Possessions function manages the broader program of Base Possessions, working with contractors and stakeholders, including freight operators to secure access for ongoing delivery.This team acts as a central coordination point across multiple delivery contracts (PPP, Alliance and D&C) and key external stakeholders, including Queensland Rail and the Department of Transport and Main Roads. You will lead engagement across agencies to support the prioritisation and management of possessions that support the successful delivery of the Cross River Rail Program.Success in this role relies on your ability to apply robust program management and governance frameworks, lead effective working groups, respond to emerging risks and program changes, and provide clear reporting and advice.
