The role is central to interface management, ensuring collaboration, integration and resolution of delivery constraints across contractors, government agencies, and work packages. The position requires a strong focus on managing delivery performance across cost, time and quality metrics, driving program alignment and risk mitigation.These opportunities will be offered as approximately two year fixed term contracts with possible extensions. Key Responsibilities:Represent CRRDA as part of Alliance Management Team.Oversee delivery and handover of rail infrastructure.Drive critical interface engagement with stakeholders including QR, TMR, and delivery partners.Manage planning, sequencing, and technical and logistical integration across CRR delivery streams.Ensure delivery within agreed scope, budget, and schedule, balancing cost-time-quality outcomesProvide executive reporting, risk oversight, and resolution of delivery and technical issuesFacilitate and support safety management, quality compliance and good governance across the project. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to develop written reports, correspondence, briefs and presentations that meet audience requirements. Stakeholder engagement and interface management skills in a multi-agency project environment with ability to effectively influence and resolve project scope and delivery issuesDemonstrated knowledge and experience developing and maintaining a ‘safety first’ culture. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering discipline or project management is desirable.
