It includes the delivery of four new underground stations, two new above-ground stations, accessibility rebuilds for six stations, the construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast, and the introduction of a new world-class ‘ETCS' signalling system.This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work on one of Australia's largest infrastructure projects and to be a part of something that will leave a lasting legacy for generations to come. About the RoleThis Project Coordinator – Possessions role works with our internal project teams, external contractors and key external project stakeholders including Queensland Rail and the Department of Transport and Main Roads to support the facilitation of track and station closures throughout the Queensland Rail Network.As a Project Coordinator you will play a key role in supporting the team by providing governance and secretariat assistance, maintaining and updating project process tools and frameworks, and coordinating reporting inputs.Reporting to the Possessions Manager the successful applicant will enjoy working from our modern corporate office in the heart of Brisbane CBD with flexible working arrangements by negotiation. This opportunity is offered as a Parental Leave contract commencing from end of February / early march until the first Qtr of 2026 with potential opportunities to move into other roles after this date for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:Provide secretariat support for multi-agency possessions planning meetings, including scheduling, calendar coordination, compiling and distributing meeting materials, minute-taking, and tracking action items.Develop, monitor, and update project registers and trackers, advising team members and stakeholders of pending requirements and deadlines as required.Liaise with project teams to report on construction works undertaken during possessionsAssist in the development, editing, reviewing and distribution of written correspondence, including briefing notes, presentations and project reports, and the coordination of input from relevant stakeholders.Manage the teams shared inbox, ensuring the correct allocation of emails to team members and tracking of correspondence as required.Design and develop process maps for key Possession related activities.Develop positive working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure information sharing and timely updates. About You:Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and communication is clear.Skilled in creating, reviewing, and editing a variety of written correspondence, including presentations, briefing notes, and meeting governance documents (e.g. agendas, minutes).Experienced in maintaining project and program tools, ensuring the accuracy of information for effective reporting.High attention to detail with persistence to ensure information is factual and accurate.A strong team player who actively communicates, confidently follows through on commitments, offers support, and fosters a positive and collaborative working environment. Why work with CRRDA?On Cross River Rail you will not only work with the best but become your best.
