These include accessibility rebuilds for eight surface stations, construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast; upgrades for stabling yards; track works and surface rail enhancements; and the introduction of a new ETCS digital signalling system. About the RoleThe Program Performance Insights Lead plays a critical role in helping senior leaders understand what is happening across a complex, integrated infrastructure program, why it matters, and what decisions or actions may be required at key points in the program lifecycle.Working under the direction of the Performance Reporting and Improvement Manager, the role draws on deep delivery and program experience to interpret inputs from across delivery teams, Program Controls and assurance functions, identify what is material, and shape clear, credible narratives and insights used in executive and governance forums.The role is closely connected to regular executive and governance reporting cycles, requiring active forward planning, judgement about timing, and ensuring issues and decisions flow coherently from one forum to the next. This includes anticipating upcoming reviews and decisions, ensuring material issues are surfaced early, and that outcomes and directions agreed through governance forums are accurately reflected in subsequent reporting.This role suits someone who has worked inside complex project or program environments and now wants to apply that experience at an enterprise level.
