As a senior member of the Governance and Reporting team the Principal Performance Reporting Lead will operate at the intersection of delivery, program controls and governance, bringing clarity to complexity and helping senior leaders focus on what matters most. This is not a traditional reporting role. It is about judgement, narrative and influence.You will take complex, and often competing, inputs across cost, schedule, risk and delivery and turn them into clear, decision ready insights. You will frame the issues, highlight the implications and trade-offs, and help leaders understand what action is required.Working closely with senior stakeholders across the program, you will challenge where needed, align messaging and ensure reporting reflects a coherent, credible and well tested position. Your work will directly support governance forums and key program decisions. You will also play a key role in shaping how and when reporting lands, aligning outputs to governance timing so insights are delivered when they are needed most, not after the fact.Reporting to the Performance Reporting and Improvements Manager, this role will suit someone who enjoys working in a fast moving, high stakes environment, who can cut through noise, think critically and bring structure, clarity and confidence to complex program performance information.
