The role ensures contractual arrangements are compliant, strategically aligned, and deliver outcomes that support the successful delivery of the Cross River Rail project.This role leads a team comprising a Senior Contract Management Advisor and Contracts Advisors, providing oversight, quality assurance, and guidance to ensure consistency and alignment with strategic objectives. This opportunity is offered as a full time fixed-term of 2 years, with possibility of extension. Key Responsibilities:Lead the contract management function for non-construction services contracts, with a focus on high-value, high-risk, and strategically significant arrangements.Oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and governance.Manage and support a team, including setting KPIs and guiding professional development.Provide quality assurance and oversight of contract management activities.Support the Procurement Manager in preparing for and responding to audits.Develop and maintain contract management systems, templates, and reporting tools.Monitor and report on contract performance, compliance, and risks.Manage contract risk activities and conflict of interest processes.Build strong stakeholder relationships through effective communication and negotiation.About You:Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.Proven expertise in contract management, including high-value and high-risk arrangements.Strong knowledge of Queensland Government procurement policies and governance frameworks.Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and communication abilities.Strong analytical and reporting capability with tools such as Excel and Power BI. Why work with CRRDA?On Cross River Rail you will not only work with the best but become your best.
