Relocation assistance would be provided to successful interstate applicants if required. About the RoleAs Maintenance Readiness Manager, you will support and drive maintenance readiness in the lead up to operations. The role ensures that maintenance responsibilities are clearly defined, contractually supported, and practically executable at every phase of the project.You will oversee the development of key readiness deliverables, including the O&M Protocol and Annual Work Plans, and coordinate alignment between Queensland Rail, the Facilities Maintenance (FM) Sub-Contractor, and the project's major delivery partners. Your work will help ensure that all parties are prepared to perform maintenance activities throughout testing, commissioning, and service commencement.A critical aspect of this role is navigating the Private Public Partnership (PPP) contractual structure that governs FM delivery, ensuring scope, performance expectations and supporting documentation are in place. You’ll also contribute to Queensland Rail’s RIM and RTO submissions by supporting the readiness of maintenance inputs required for ONRSR regulatory approval. Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and document maintenance readiness across project phases.Drive stakeholder agreement on scope, standards and responsibilities.Lead and facilitate the Maintenance Advisory Group and contribute to the FM Sub-Committee.Develop and support the execution of Annual Work Plans with partners.Lead planning and delivery of the O&M Protocol between QR and the FM Sub-Contractor.Support tunnel access and maintenance methods planning with QR.Contribute to implementation of FM performance frameworks including abatement regime and commercial inputs.Ensure that maintenance and asset management activities are undertaken to an acceptable level, in accordance with contractual commitments.Ensure maintenance-related documentation supports regulatory approval submissions.Align all maintenance activities with project schedule, scope and handover timing. About You:Substantial knowledge experience in railway asset management.
