These include accessibility rebuilds for eight surface stations, construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast; upgrades for stabling yards; track works and surface rail enhancements; and the introduction of a new ETCS digital signalling system.About the RoleThe Legal Support Officer provides a broad range of administrative and coordination support to the Legal Delivery and Commercial team. The role includes diary and mailbox management, preparation of legal documentation and reports, coordination of briefing processes and support with contractual correspondence and external legal providers.This opportunity is offered as a fixed term contract until September 2028 with possible extension.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high quality administrative support including preparation of correspondence, presentations and reports while responding to ad hoc requests Support diary and mailbox management, coordinating meetings, tracking correspondence and managing competing priorities Coordinate legal brief preparation, maintain fee estimates, review invoices and support budget tracking for externally briefed matters Support contractual correspondence and documentation processes across the Legal and Commercial teams Maintain registers, trackers and records in TRIM, ensuring compliance with policies and document control requirements Undertake research and provide clear summaries to support decision making Build and maintain effective working relationships across the organisationAbout You:Experience working in a legal or corporate environment with an understanding of legal processes and documentation standards Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated initiative and attention to detail, with the ability to work autonomously and support senior stakeholders Experience providing diary, mailbox and coordination support to teams or executive stakeholders Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using systems such as TRIM or similar records management platforms Ability to monitor workflows, track actions and follow up to ensure outcomes are delivered Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationshipsWhy work with CRRDA?On Cross River Rail you will not only work with the best but become your best.
