Cross River Rail Delivery Authority (CRRDA)…Your chance to work with the best!The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority is building a new 10.2km rail line that includes 5.9km of twin tunnels running under the Brisbane River and CBD; with four new underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street and Roma Street.Once complete, it will provide trains with a much-needed alternative rail path through the core of the current SEQ Rail network, unlocking a bottleneck and allowing more trains to run more often across the whole of South East Queensland.The Cross River Rail Delivery Authority is also delivering multiple supporting projects and activities in conjunction with Department of Transport and Main Road. These include accessibility rebuilds for eight surface stations, construction of three new stations on the Gold Coast; upgrades for stabling yards; track works and surface rail enhancements; and the introduction of a new ETCS digital signalling system. About the RolePlay an important role in preparing Facilities Management and maintenance activities for Queensland’s newest rail tunnel and stations assets. You will work collaboratively with the FM Sub-Contractor, Queensland Rail and other stakeholders to ensure contract provisions, maintenance requirements and asset management processes are fully ready for the transition into steady state.You will drive FM readiness governance, support performance management frameworks, contribute to asset and maintenance planning and help ensure all parties are aligned during the final stages of delivery and into ongoing operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong FM, maintenance or asset management experience to influence a major public infrastructure program.Working from our modern Lead Integrator office which is only a block from Central Station, this opportunity is offered as a fixed term contract until August 2028 with possible extension. Key Responsibilities:FM Contract Readiness & GovernanceSupport the development and ongoing facilitation of the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Protocol between Queensland Rail and the FM Sub-ContractorAlign FM readiness activities with Project Milestones leading into Maintenance PhaseDevelop and validate FM contract service requirements including change managementLead the implementation of the FM Sub-Contractor performance and abatement framework with internal and external partnersSupport quarterly reviews of FM Sub-Contractor (Initial Service Plan) ISP cost claimsMaintenance & Asset Management ReadinessMonitor FM Sub-Contractor asset preservation and maintenance activities.Ensure defect liability, warranty and helpdesk processes/resources are in place for Maintenance PhaseProvide updates and inputs into the Operational Readiness Activity Schedule and monthly FM readiness reportingCross-Stakeholder Planning & IntegrationWork collaboratively with Queensland Rail, the FM Sub-Contractor and alliance partners to contribute to the Year 1 CRR Annual Work PlanAttend the Maintenance Advisory Group (MAG) as the Lead Integrator representative for all FM related content/actions Assurance of ObligationsSupport assurance that maintenance and asset management activities meet contractual commitments across delivery, testing, commissioning and into Maintenance PhaseEnsure Queensland Rail and the FM Sub-Contractor are jointly maintenance-ready prior to Service TestingSupport required documentation for Queensland Rail’s RIM and RTO submissions to ONRSR About You:Strong knowledge and experience in facilities, asset or maintenance management within rail environments. Tunnel asset experience highly regardedSkilled in implementing asset management best practice across defect liability period, preventive and corrective maintenance.Experience working within complex commercial or FM contract environments.
