You will work collaboratively with the FM Sub-Contractor, Queensland Rail and other stakeholders to ensure contract provisions, maintenance requirements and asset management processes are fully ready for the transition into steady state.You will drive FM readiness governance, support performance management frameworks, contribute to asset and maintenance planning and help ensure all parties are aligned during the final stages of delivery and into ongoing operations.
