You will work closely with the Project Delivery teams and stakeholders to resolve contractual issues efficiently and ensure compliance with governance processes.Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will assist them in the development, implementation, and management of commercial strategies, and engage in strategic negotiations to achieve favourable outcomes for the project. With a focus on collaboration, innovation, and governance, you will support risk identification, contract correspondence, dispute resolution, and reporting processes.This opportunity is offered as a contract until December 2026 with possible extension. Key Responsibilities:Assist with the development and management of commercial strategies to resolve complex contractual issues efficiently.Provide contract management advice to the Project Delivery team and stakeholders in relation to commercial issues and implications.Support the early identification and management of risks, issues and changes including assurance of commercial and budget documentation.Assist with strategic negotiations with contractors and stakeholders to ensure high performance and innovation.Draft and manage contract correspondence and documentation in line with governance requirements.Prepare reports and briefing materials for senior management on commercial matters.Work with SME’s to understand and support the resolution of project technical issues and their commercial implications.Manage or assist in the management and resolution of contractual disputes. About You:5+ years of experience in contract management and administration, ideally in large infrastructure or complex construction projects.Strong ability to manage contractual investigations and provide insights for commercial decision-making.Excellent written communication skills, with experience in government or tier 1 contractor environments preferred.Knowledge of Alliance or other traditional delivery contracting models is desirable.Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement experience.Relevant tertiary qualifications in fields such as Quantity Surveying, Business, Engineering, Law, or Construction Management are highly regarded. Why work with CRRDA?On Cross River Rail you will not only work with the best but become your best.
