Working within a collaborative contracting environment, you will provide contract management support, assist in resolving commercial issues, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. You will work closely with project delivery teams, contractors, and stakeholders to achieve best-for-project outcomes in an alliance model. This is an opportunity to contribute to a city-shaping initiative while leveraging your expertise in contract management and commercial strategy. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, this position will be offered as a two-year contract with possible extension.  Key Responsibilities:Assist with the development and management of commercial strategies to resolve complex contractual issues efficiently.Provide contract management advice to the Project Delivery team and stakeholders in relation to commercial issues and implications.Support the early identification and management of risks, issues and changes including assurance of commercial and budget documentation.Assist with strategic negotiations with contractors and stakeholders to ensure high performance and innovation.Draft and manage contract correspondence and documentation in line with governance requirements.Oversee minor contract disputes, ensuring timely and favourable resolutions.Prepare reports and briefing materials for senior management on commercial matters.Work with SME’s to understand and support the resolution of project technical issues and their commercial implications.Manage or assist in the management and resolution of contractual disputes.  About You:5+ years of experience in contract management and administration, ideally in large infrastructure or complex construction projects.Strong ability to manage contractual investigations and provide insights for commercial decision-making.Excellent written communication skills, with experience in government or tier 1 contractor environments preferred.Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement experience.Understanding of and experience with alliance and collaborative contracting models high regarded.Relevant tertiary qualifications in fields such as Quantity Surveying, Business, Engineering, Law, or Construction Management are highly regarded. Why work with CRRDA?On Cross River Rail you will not only work with the best but become your best.
