Selection Criteria

Essential

  • Ability to work effectively under supervision and as part of a team

  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and My Time Our Place learning framework

  • Ability to develop meaningful and respectful relationships with children

  • Awareness of child development and the role of structured and unstructured activities

  • Commitment to child safety, wellbeing and inclusive practices

Desirable

  • Experience using digital childcare platforms (e.g. OWNA)

  • Currently studying towards or holding a Certificate III (or equivalent) in Children's Services highly desirable
