Company Overview:Coinford is a groundworks and concrete frame specialist that deliver contracts ranging from £1million to £50million throughout London and the Southeast of England.Role Purpose/Objective:We are looking for a dedicated Sweeper Driver to join our team, covering our Ebbsfleet, Kent location and surrounding sites. In this role, you will be responsible for keeping roadways, gullies, and site areas clean and safe to support ongoing construction activities. During quieter periods, such as the summer months, you may also be required to assist with other site operations, including driving dumpers or rollers.Key Responsibilities:Daily OperationsOperate road sweepers to ensure roadways, gullies, and work areas remain clean and safe.Perform daily and weekly visual and operational checks to ensure the vehicle is in good, safe working order.Conduct basic sweeper maintenance, including changing brushes and keeping the vehicle clean inside and out.Load vehicles safely with the correct materials, avoiding contamination and following all environmental, health, and safety protocols.Plan daily workload efficiently to minimise disruption on-site.Wash down and clean the sweeper before leaving the site or entering highways.Safety & ComplianceMaintain compliance with site safety and highway regulations at all times.Report any equipment issues or damages to your Line Manager promptly to ensure quick resolution.Maintain accurate and up-to-date paperwork, timesheets, and maintenance logs.Team SupportSupport other site operations as required, including dumper and roller driving during quieter sweeper periods.Please note: This role is varied and hands-on, and the above duties are not exhaustive. Key Responsibilities:
