Groundworker
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for reliable Groundworkers to join our groundwork and RC frame teams on a busy project in Bristol. You will support a range of general groundworks activities, helping deliver safe and high-quality projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General groundworks including digging, backfilling and concreting
- Assisting with externals (slabs, kerbs, edgings) where required
- Assisting plant operators and banking 360 machines and dumpers
- Basic drainage and ducting works as directed by the Foreman
- Keeping work areas safe, tidy and compliant with site rules
- Working as part of a gang to support programme delivery
REQUIREMENTS:
- CSCS Labourer/Groundworker card or equivalent, with proven site experience
- Confident carrying out general groundworks tasks under supervision
- Able to follow drawings, levels and instructions from supervisors
- Reliable, punctual and able to work well with other trades
- Right to work in the UK
DESIRABLE:
- CPCS/NPORS Forward Tipping Dumper and/or Ride-On Roller
- CAT & Genny ticket
- Safety Critical Medical
* Please note: to comply with client requirements, we can only accept NPORS cards that are CSCS-affiliated and carry the CSCS hologram. If you do not currently meet this requirement, please still get in touch – we are happy to guide you through the transfer process.
